Hurt my toe yesterday, big chunk ish of meat gone hurt fairly badly lol. Didnt bother me to much with lifting luckily.

So very happy to do the same as last time i had tripples @9, however doing it easier and with better form. I probably coudlve gone heavier, however due to safety of only having one spotter, and a very measly squat rack we decided to go conservative on squat. Had we gone true @9, probably could be 222.5-225kg.

Pretty much same story as squat, only i got a 5kg pr this time. Was not perfect, had cramps and wasnt laying to good on the bench, so yea.
