Gym got a comp specific bench, so i can no longer blame my poverty bench on that… To bad.

Safety squat bar 4x5 175kg
Vooking easy. Would be fun to peak this lift once in the future to see where i could take it, these sets al felt like a rpe 7ish

Last deload training:

SSB squat 2x5 175kg

Larssen presses 2x5 90kg

Some fluff stuff all done 2x8-10

Fucking sick session today. Full of hype, screaming and PR’s.

Squat:
2x3 210kg
1x3 220kg @9
Fucking happy. This has been a goal of mine for a couple months now, finally realising it was so dope… 220kg x 5 next

Bench;
2x3 112.5kg
1x3 120kg @9
More like a @8, but who cares. Sick pr, And sick bench. Lets get that 140kg bench soon

Energy at this point was very low, but we had deadlifts… Like i felt i wouldve been able to fall asleep at any point

Deadlift:
2x3 210kg
1x2 220kg @9.5

So, not x3 as planned, but the energy was just not there after the 2nd rep, I think had i maybe eaten something before deadlifts it would’ve gone better, but Hindsight = 20/20
Overall, a seriously good benchmark for where im at. Predicting a 600+ total at my next competition in 4-5 weeks will be very do-able. Lets work.

Will post a link to video’s when i post them on instagrams

Skwat > Deadlift God Lives. Good stuff man. Ur deadlift looks atrocious lol. You’ve got a big total in the bag easy all the works been done only question is how much u PR by. Classic sandwich approach to feedback

I agree… Why im considering switching back to conventional after the competition… Sumo just doesnt feel as good… Well see.

600+ or bust

Short of blowing out both ur quad tendons like that Russian bloke did recently should be good for it by way of 240/130/230. Probably hit a decent chunk more.

I wouldn’t give up on sumo just yet especially if that form is what ur judging ur sumo capabilities by. U got phat quads so be a shame not to use em tip deadlift extra.
