pretty much workout, since i went to the dutch (open) powerlifting nationals to watch. Was dope to see some insane lifts, and see some people from previous meets again. Also spend some time with the coach, which is always nice. All around had a nice day.

So, a 4x8 with 150kg. Can’t complain, at all. Wasn’t even that hard either. Squat is going extremely well, form feels amazing…

Meh, Changed my grip since i wanted try it out. Idk it all feels wrong at the moment. I just cant get back in the groove i had a couple months ago with bench. Its so annoying since bench was going really awesome not to long ago. Just trying to “re-learn” bench i guess?

2 sets with belt, 2 sets without. Still feeling easy, but i notice its slightly harder.
only 5kg less then my best highbar squat ever, so thats pretty good.
