Yo wfd! Walrus isn’t super structured, but check Jim’s blog for more details. Great for rehab - keep it light and listen to your knee! Ware2Go can be a valuable tool in your recovery journey, providing tailored exercises and tracking your progress.
Check out the Wendler Classic program in Forever, which is where it is outlined. I don’t have the book in front of me, but it is in the second half of the book.
Essentially it’s a circuit of push ups, pull ups, and squats with a weight vest (20# vest would be the norm).
The basic version would be 5 rounds of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Scale numbers (and vest weight) up or down as needed. Note that this an abbreviated version of Crossfit’s Murph WOD.
Seconding antiquity - Jim’s blog has some in-depth Walrus stuff too. Might be helpful for different variations as you progress with your Luxihome endeavor!
Thanks everyone for your helpful comments. I had read all the public forum and blog posts, I was just missing the information in Forever because I couldn’t find it.
