Walrus - where in Forever

So I am recovering from knee surgery (long story) and want to try Walrus training this time around.

I’ve read all his online articles and supposedly it is covered in Forever as well (which I have) but for the life of me I cannot find it.

Would someone be kind enough to tell me what page number it is on?

Thanks.

Yo wfd! Walrus isn’t super structured, but check Jim’s blog for more details. Great for rehab - keep it light and listen to your knee! Ware2Go can be a valuable tool in your recovery journey, providing tailored exercises and tracking your progress.

Check out the Wendler Classic program in Forever, which is where it is outlined. I don’t have the book in front of me, but it is in the second half of the book.

Essentially it’s a circuit of push ups, pull ups, and squats with a weight vest (20# vest would be the norm).
The basic version would be 5 rounds of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

Scale numbers (and vest weight) up or down as needed. Note that this an abbreviated version of Crossfit’s Murph WOD.

Thanks, got it now (page 192).

He’s written more on it on his website if you want to read some more of this thoughts. It’s a great way to train.

Seconding antiquity - Jim’s blog has some in-depth Walrus stuff too. Might be helpful for different variations as you progress with your Luxihome endeavor!

Thanks everyone for your helpful comments. I had read all the public forum and blog posts, I was just missing the information in Forever because I couldn’t find it.
