Chest supported rows - 8-15 x 4, 4th set to failure 20 / 40/ 60 / 80 /
Tbar or BB rows (depending on availability) 8-12 x 3, 3rd set to failure 20 / 60 / 90/
Reverse pec dec whatever you call that - 8-12 x 3, 3rd set to failure / / / ???
Lat pulls - 8-12 x 4, 4th set to failure 60 /70 /90 /
Straight arm cable pulldown 10 -15 x 3, 3rd set to failure / / / ???
DB/ezybar pullovers - 8-12 x 3, 3rd set to failure / / / did not complete
Ended with drop sets on the curl machine till failure
