Vonko1988 TRT Log

Of course there is guarantee and of course If I stay on the same dose my numbers will be much higher. There are things that can be easily calculated and predicted

@vonko1988 your mentality on this subject never stops astounding me.

I dont undarstand why everyone finds calculating and predicting stuff surprising. 2+2 equals 4, right? Do I need to wait to see if 2+2 equals 4?
Testosterone is building and rising levels in your system for certain amount of time after starting the protocol depending on the half life. Its not something Ive discovered but a well known fact

@vonko1988 I know you don’t get it. We all know you don’t get it. This is why it’s funny. If TRT was a matter of 2+2=4 everyone would be dialed in already. It isn’t that simple!

You keep focussing on serum levels and the math behind them rising and falling. Who cares? Do you think that’s all there is to it? What about all the other supporting the hormones that need time to fall into balance once serum levels have stabilized? What about the time required for the testosterone to exert its effect? This isn’t like drinking an espresso coffee like I keep bringing up over and over and over again but you don’t seem to get. You need to achieve a certain stability in levels, allow the rest of the supporting hormones to also stabilize, and then give it time for all of those factors to demonstrate the effect they will have. You absolutely cannot achieve this in two weeks. If you believe you can achieve this in two weeks you are delusional.

You were in our Facebook group for a while and we eventually threw you out because people were getting annoyed. Then we let you back in and you insisted you would not ask stupid questions and make stupid comments. You’ve been in this trt world for a long time at this point. How do you possibly still not know this basic concept that I have explained over and over and over again with all the videos and all the guys in the group talking about including all the guys here on T Nation? This is basic TRT 101 that everyone seems to get but you keep looking at it from the perspective of an engineer thinking it is just basic math. It isn’t!

The only thing I said I know is that if my t levels are amount x 10 days after beginning of a protocol, they will be AT least 40-60 percent higher 8 weeks later staying on that dose. And that is all my last posts here are all about

So the serum level dictates the end result, correct?

No but Ive already walkwd this path and I know what serum levels I need to feel good. Im adjusting things in advance and I know this is a bad practice, but still Ive made a decision it was the best in my situation now

How could you possibly know that when this stuff is not linear? If 120mg puts you at X and 130mg puts you at Y, you cannot assume 140mg puts you at Z. Values also vary from day to day and time of day. And who cares what the number is? If you were feeling good at a dose you should stick with it. One minute you are saying every situation is unique and the next you are saying just plug it in a calculator. I have to admit you are good for a laugh. Next you are going to tell me estrogen is an androgen.

I know that the ester needs 6-10 weeks to build up.

If you know all this, and believe math and half lives are the answer, how in the name of all that is holy are you STILL not dialed in???

I will be soon. And me taking this shortcuts now will accelerate the process. Im quite confident in that. The main reason Im not dialed in so lingvwas the great variability that happened with sub q injections. I was relying on a false variable

I’m seeing a lot more than just one false variable…

Everyone has a right of an oppinion

Eveyone also has a right to a dictionary.

If everyone shared their ā€˜opinion’ as to how these things actually work, nobody would be dialed in.

Let’s stick to science and demonstrable fact, instead of opinion. In our FB group you start a new post every two days with question after question after question. It’s relentless. You are clearly in no position to be offering advice.

When is the last time Ive started a new post with a question regarding my condition?

Holy crap! Really? Can I post screenshots here? You’re the third most active person in the group.

You made five new posts in the last month. You create more new posts than any of the 5500 members of the group and have made 213 comments in a single month.

Your condition? Your condition is ongoing yet you continue to claim that you have it figured out. Meanwhile, back at the ranch…

Ok we will talk after a few weeks.

The last two weeks I ve been feeling at around 80 percent of my best I ever felt on TRT. And I started a new protocol 3 weeks ago and changed my dose 10 days ago. Something according to the good practices I shouldnt have done, but Im happy I did. Guidelines are a good thing but there is a time to break every rule

All you do is break the rules. You’re at 80% of your best, imagine that. After all this time you’re worse than you once were.

Stop giving advice until you’re 100% and you finally figure out TRT.

Danny, there is always talk that you ā€œban those who disagreeā€. Clearly not true if you are keeping this compulsive short protocoler in your group!

@tfan866 I don’t ban those who disagree. Anyone is free to disagree. HOWEVER, they must provide evidence to back up their claims. If they want to insist that they are correct, and everyone else is incorrect, and refuse to back up anything they say (kinda like equel in this forum) then they’re gone.

The difference is he’s just delusional and thinks he knows what he’s doing when he clearly doesn’t. I can’t just ban someone who is delusional unless people start complaining. I’ve received two complaints so far since he got back. When it gets to three it’s an automatic ban.
