From sustanon people usually complain when doing sub-q. With sub-q I didnt have pain only nodules from time to time

You’d have to be really obese. I’ve been in the OR with extremely fat women having proximal humerus surgery and even they have a thin layer of fat compared to every other area.

It sounds like it’s the Testosterone blend you’re using that is causing the injection site pain.

I laughed my ass off at whose body is being shopped for demonstration here. Makes sense in a number of ways.

I love Athleanx. His definition and the fact he took a marker and marked out each deltoid made it perfect. My tattoos would make it hard to show my own plus getting that camera angle on your own is tougher than it looks (I’ve tried).

Yeah, I love Jeff too. He’s just gained a bit too much additional lean mass in the last 3-4 years for me to still regard him as the definitive YouTube ā€˜peak natty’, and that musclemarker blurred in the foreground looks like a cartoon syringe.

I hope Jeff for injection site infographics becomes a meme. Like you say, he does half of the work for us with the marker.

@vonko1988 How is your sleep now? If it’s the same , enathate won’t fix it for you… Only lowering your dose could… Or lowering your cortisol…

Sleep is ok, but my energy and libido not quite where it was. I havent built up yet. So I will invest time in changing to cypionate and build up to my higher dose when I felt best.
Only I have not decided whether to use sub-q or IM. With sustanon IM hurts like hell

IM should be fine once you’re away from prop, IMO anyways. I’d at least give it a try and see how you do. I’ve found injecting slow helps as well

Ive thought about the prop but I was thinking 2-3mg per injection is too small to cause such pain?

Did your sleep get better because you lowered your dose or because of magnesium? Mag did nothing for my sleep because my cortisol was low and mag further lowered it.

Hard to answer because they kinda happened at the same time

I bet it’s the dose. Funny thing is… Within two weeks i’ll have to switch to Sustanon (from enanthate) because our borders have been closed for a long time as yours. And pharmacies only have Sustanon here… I wonder if i have to re-dose my protocol because of different esthers in Sustanon…And what’s up with the sustanon and IM injection pain? Did you try your delts with something like a 29g?

I dont think it is the dose because on my last test my free test was as high.

I ordered cypionate. It is not pharma grade but it is from a very trusted source I researched

Test C is the good stuff. It seamless when on a EOD protocol. And stop changing 2 or 3 things at once. Thats how you never know what does what.

Hi gang. Happy Easter.
I started transferring myself to cypionate and of course there are a few fluctuations which is expected. Libido is ON and OFF.

I got my first c shot in Saturday and I havent yet stopped taking the sustanon. I decided to overlap them for 5 days to minimize drop in levels from loosing the short esters.
The cyp is UGL, not pharma(here you cannot find pharma). The guy that produces it is close to me, I’ve mentioned him and I trust him a lot. Of course I have my doubts what can be the quality of such product no matter his good intentions because Im not familiar with the testosterone production process.

He swears to me it is dosed up to microgram, that his source and preparation are better than the pharma sustanon I’ve been using and it is genuine cypionate, not propinate like most UGL cypionates and enanthates here. It has lower percentage of alcohol than the sustanon I used so far and the oil is grape seed(he has advised me to make it instead with some chain triglycerides oil that he said would flow like water and is causing less allergic reactions, but I choose what I know the guys here are using). The color of the liquid is dark, like brown, not light like the sustanon. When injecting sub-Q it stings(sustanon does not), but on IM the pain is much less than the sustanon.

I noticed the following things after I started using it: After injection the first few hours I get sleepy for some reason and 6-7 hours after that on IM and 12-14 on sub q I get a rush of energy. Of course I was wondering is it really cypionate to peak so quickly? But before I started TRT I’ve tried 2-3 shots of enanthate that I know to be genuine pharma for sure and I had similar rush of energy only a few hours after injection. Especially when I once put 80mg at once it was too much after that… Is it possible I metabolize this stuff so quickly? Once when I talked to Defy dr Saya mentioned there are people with certain gene that metabolize test very quickly. Of course in my case this is only an assumption… @middleages @johann77 what are your thoughts about that?

I will continue now injecting it before bed time since I get sleepy from it for whatever reason. I will give IM a chance, because in Dany Bossa’s group there is an inclination towards IM. One of the experts there has explained very well that oil flows better through muscle tissue and tends to linger around and stick in fat tissue…On the other hand I think sub-q works well for me.

To avoid getting sleepy after injecting cypionate, I have a compounding pharmacy blend in 300mg of caffeine with my cypionate.

The irony is not funny at all. If you dont believe different compounds can affect people different way Im sorry

Apparently,

Not only are you sleepy, you’re also lacking the ability to detect sarcasm.

I was joking.

Nope man, Im sensitive to some topics.
I mean I get side effects from all kinds of supplements and compounds, feeling lethargic or whatever and people believe it is a placebo and Im sick of that. Nothing personal
I know its not the testosterone that causes me this side effect, but something else in the compound. Most likely knowing my body it will disappear with time(hope so) but so far seems best to inject before bed.

Also I know many people on cyp daily who inject it before bed. Seems there should be a reason for that related to the time it peaks

I usually drink coffee after my shot, and yes I do get a little sleepy at first and then at times I dont. But I have felt the rush, not always though. Just keep your dosing and stop the sustanon so that you have a clear idea of what is doing what. No need to overlap anymore.
