Vonko1988 TRT Log

How many weeks in are you? I’m not saying they won’t go up some (they probably will)… but I doubt they’re going to be doubling or anything like that.

This is where TRT gets tricky… it’s easy to see those results and want to increase dose, but then you start the 6-8 weeks over again. You never know if the current levels will work unless you give it enough time to see. Waiting sucks sometimes though.

There is no way these levels now are good enough for me. The difference compared to pre trt is minimal. Free t is still pathetic

Then bump it up to 200mg/week

Or try shallow IM instead of subQ and see if that bumps you up any.

prefer to use higher dosage than changing injection method.
I will wait some more time, get total t test and bump it up

Why not?

It’s a little more complicated since you are injecting different esters… But you need to do the math on half lives to understand when you will have a steady, consistent concentration of testosterone in your system being released.

You are obsessing about this and going to over complicate things. Just keep doing the same thing for 8 weeks. Why is that so difficult? Seriously.

Have you ever smoked weed before? Weed that sorta creeps up on you? You sit there and take a few puffs but don’t really feel anything yet… But if you waited like 5-10 minutes you’d be wrecked… But instead, you take a few more puffs, and a few more until you feel something… But the problem is, you’ve now smoked too much and those last puffs are pushing you over the edge. You are now too wrecked to move and you wish you hadn’t taken those last few puffs and just waited.

That’s where you are now. You’ve started taking puffs of some great weed that creeps… But you want to immediately feel it, so you want more. Don’t do it, just wait.

Im not sure how exactly to do that math, but I know the longest ester has half life of 7-8 days so in my simple calculation levels should peak mostly in the next 7-10 days if not already peaked

Again I do not comment how long certain levels need to take an effect, just Im sure these levels will not be enough for me. If my levels now were 1000 or 1200, obviously they can be enough for me and I should definetely give them enough more time to work on the body

Half life and peak are different. And sub-q has a longer half life than IM at 240 hours (10 days).

I think of half life as how long it takes for half of what you injected to leave your system. So if you injected 20mg today, you’d have 10mg left in 10 days.

All sorts of things happen after you inject. The testosterone has to be absorbed, the esters have to be cleaved off and then it can become available for use. SHBG picks most up and transports it places, some is converted to DHT, some to E2, etc… Some is excreted before anything happens to it. Lots of things happening… But what does make it through usually peaks in 24-48 hours.

So, taking the complexity of all that and not really being able to determine how all those variables will interact with the others… And oh by the way, the variables could change from day to day based on things (drinking beer, bad diet)… It’s a very basic and simple rule that you need 5 half lives for your blood to reach a steady concentration of testosterone. Then, you will have a steady release daily and steady peaks since your blood is saturated with the most testosterone it can have based on your consistent dose you’ve injected for 8 weeks.

Keep it simple. Inject 20mg a day for 8 weeks. Take blood. See how you feel. If you want to feel better, try more. Wash, rinse, repeat.

@dbossa is saying I may not be able to reach stability with my current ester(sustanon/omnadren), what do you think about that idea? I respect his opinion on that, I see you also have knowledge

I don’t have much familiarity with sustanon, but each ester represented has its own half life… I would treat each ester as it’s own individual “injection” if you will…as if you’ve created your own custom schedule and injected 4 different doses of 4 different testosterone preparations.

Each ester would need 5 of it’s own half lives to reach a steady serum for itself. Obviously the shorter acting ester would reach a steady state faster than the longer acting ester… I’m sure as each ester reaches a steady state, you’ll feel a certain way. Almost like a stair-step of improvements along the way until the longest ester reaches it’s steady state… I don’t think you can truly evaluate how your dose is going to affect you until the longest ester reaches steady state. I read somewhere the half life of sustanon is 28 days. If that’s true, you’d need 28 x 5 half lives = 140 days (20 weeks). Not sure if that’s all true… But those are my thoughts.

These additional variables further emphasize the importance of consistency of dose and time while on sustanon.

@vonko1988 you’ll need to just try it and see. Like I keep saying, some guys are more prone to fluctuations than others. I’m REALLY sensitive to them, for example. Even EOD shots cause me issues that I don’t get with ED shots. It’s crazy. Other guys I know do two injections a week and feel fantastic. I know very few doing great on one shot a week. If they say they are doing great, I wonder what they would say if they did twice weekly.

Im from those guys prone and sensitive to fluctuations. No doubt in that. Compared to you, I don’t know. So you see why this got me a little worried…
Just to clarify I talk all in the context of daily injections, not even considering more rare

You worry too much. I keep telling you this. Stop breaking your head. Wait 6-8 weeks and then assess how you are feeling.

Wow 28 days half life, no this is a mistake. 21 days is the ELIMINATION time according to the Bulgarian Pharmacological Guide. Thats why endos think one injection 21 days is enough lol
I think you mistaken the decanoate ester with undecaoate

Ye, I know. I’ve always been overthinker, part of my nature. Guess that’s why I became IT guy

Don’t worry bro. Sustanon’s main ester is undecanote which has a half life of 20.9 to 34.9 days depending on the carrier oil.

As you can see in the graph below it takes a while to build steady state. That is not all of your T you are injecting but it is around 40% of that.

So I wouldn’t worry and I would take your mind of things for a couple of weeks

"Omnadren is a four-component testosterone. The four different substances work together in such a timely manner that Omnadren remains in the body for a long time. For this reason many compare Omnadren to Sustanon 250. This comparison, however, is quite poor since, in part, there are large differences between the two compounds. Although both are “four-component testosterones” the individual substances of Omnadren and Sustanon are not completely identical. Both include testosterone phenylpropionate and testosterone propionate; however, the testosterone isocaproate in Sustanon is replaced by testosterone isohexanoate and the testosterone decanoate in Omnadren is replaced by testosterone hexanoate in Sustanon (see also Sustanon). In bodybuilding and powerlifting Omnadren is exclusively used to build up strength and mass. The term “mass buildup” can be taken quite literally by the reader since the gain is not always the way expected by its user. In most athletes Omnadren leads to quite a rapid and pronounced increase in body weight, which usually goes hand in hand with a strong water retention. This results in watery and puffy muscles. Those who take “Omna” can often be recognized by this extreme water retention. The often-used term in Europe, “Omna skull,” does not come from nowhere but because a fast and well-visible water retention occurs also in the face which is noticeable on checks, on the front of the face, and under the eyes. Some mockingly also talk about a hydrocephalus… The pronounced androgenic component of Omnadren goes hand in hand with a high anabolic effect which manifests itself in a high strength gain characterized by a liquid accumulation in the joints, an increased pump effect, increased appetite, and a possible improved regeneration of the athlete.
Since Omnadren easily aromatizes, the intake of antiestrogens is suggested. This can also help reduce some of the water retention. Although Omnadren has a duration effect of a good 2-3 weeks it is usually injected at least once a week. As for the dosage there is rarely an injectable steroid with a wide spectrum such as Omnadren’s. The span reaches from athletes who inject one 250 mg injection every two weeks to extremes who use eight “Omnas” a day (2000 mg/day). The reason is the low price of the compound. It therefore offers an economic alternative to the expensive Sustanon, Testosterone enanthate and -propionate; that explains why some take it in these exaggerated dosages. An acceptable and, for most, sufficient dosage is 250-1000mg/week. Omnadren is often combined with Dianabol, Androlic-50, and Deca-Durabolin which accelerates the gain in strength, mass, and water retention. The gains achieved with Omnadren, as is the case with Testosterone, for the most part, usually subside very quickly after use of the compound i~ discontinued.
The side effects of Omnadren are similar to those of other testosterone compounds. Next to the high water retention other negative effects that are noticed are a sometimes strong acne and a distinctly increased aggressiveness in some users. An aggressive behavior can mostly be explained by the fact that athletes simply use too high a dosage of Omnadren and too low a dosage of the other (and more expensive) testosterones. The very severe acne, however, is only caused by Omnadren. Often no purulent pustules but many small pimples appear so that the athlete looks as if he has an allergy. This is not intended to discourage anyone but it is a fact that many athletes after a brief time develop an acne on their lower arm, upper arm, shoulder, chest, back, and also in their face which, during an earlier intake of Sustanon or Testosterone enanthate, did not manifest itself.
Women should not use Omnadren under any circumstances. Another problem that should be considered is that possible impurities in the injection liquid cannot be excluded since the quality standards in Eastern European countries are not as high as in Western Europe and in the U.S. Thus it is possible that a 100% sterility and pureness does not exist. This could also be the reason for the unusually strong acne. Original Omnadren is offered by the manufacturer in a strength of 250 mg/ml ampule.

by Bill Roberts - This preparation is quite similar to Sustanon, and is different only in that 100 mg/mL of it (of 250 mg/mL total) is testosterone hexanoate instead of the testosterone decanoate used in Sustanon. For this reason, Omnadren has a shorter half life, and will give a faster initial increase in blood level. This accounts for the claim of increased water retention and increased side effects, since levels, at first, are higher for the same dosage.

The claim that Omnadren has a duration effect of “a good 2-3 weeks” is somewhat misleading since the half life of the longest lived component is only about 5 days. There is of course some effect 2 or 3 weeks after injection, but relatively little.

The hexanoate ester is quite similar to the well known enanthate ester, but is shorter by one carbon.

The isohexanoate ester in Omnadren is the same, only named differently, as the isocaproate ester in Sustanon. Thus, the hexanoate vs. decanoate difference is the only difference in the mixture of esters."

Vonko, do TRT to enable you to get back to live your life to the fullest, but dont let TRT be you life.

Let TRT do its work, shut down the PC and return to this forum in a good month. You are driving yourself crazy.

If TRT doesnt work, then its definitly not the Sustanon to be blamed.

You are injecting anyway every day, there is no reason why T cyp or enant or sustanone would make any difference.

@vonko1988 you will laugh but I own an IT company LMAO! Where do you think I learned the logic and problem solving for this TRT crap?

Yes, I know. But unfortunately the body is much more complex than a software system or a hardware component
