Vomitting During/After Workout

I actually find that using Surge unwisely makes me sick as a dog.

I am a double-serving Surge guy and it’s bad news if you have 4 scoops in 16oz of water and you chug.

The nausea thing in general, though…if I am unstressed, well-rested, well-nourished, and well-hydrated, I can superset anything and not feel nauseated, let alone actually throw up. Look at one of those four things.

I think stress especially does it for me. Even if it’s something simple: if I have had a bad day and make it to the gym without extra time to hit the showers and warm up properly, sometimes I stress out and get sick.
