I know that this has a lot to do with the indiviual, but I was wondering what the general limits are for diferent phases like hypertrophy and strength. I would say higher in the strength since reps are lower but there is also the chance of CNS overtraining.I get confused because it seems soetimes like overtraining gets blown out of porportion. i would love to hear from any coachs out there too. How do you guys cycle your volume…Thanks…Mike
