Here’s another one from our old friend Jim that I thought should be shared.
Sage Burgener, 19yrs old. I just love how teeny, tiny she is. Who said we can’t be small AND powerful!

lol Jim is your friend lol
Training today I did zerchers off the pin from mid thigh at 245 for 4 reps after doing 3 sets of 5 at 225. I went for 275 but I’d cooled down a bit by the time I tried. Maybe next time. They are one of my favourites.
Been a while since anyone posted a heavy lift. Hopefully this will inspire some of you to share your progress. This was my first powerlifting meet. SPL at Supertraining in Sacramento, CA. I competed raw and out-pulled the equipped ladies
came out with a 848 total.

That’s a lot of weight! Awesome work!
Doesn’t raw mean without “gear” as in no belt and squat suit? Either way, very impressive!
raw means nothing but a singlet and belt. at least that’s what the federation I competed in told me! and thanks!
Hi Nancy - phenomenal pulling, a belt and singlet is the standard for deads along with some nice high socks.
that didn’t even look like your an all out ugly max. man, I gotta get to work.
ironcross: the singlet adds nothing to your pulling capacitites. Just makes you look really geeky. It’s the uniform of choice to gage proper form for lifts.

You made that look incredibly easy! Good job.
