Bill R’s latest post kinda pre-empted this, but… I’m coming off a two-week Androsol cycle, and I’m planning on adding Vitex to my Tribex for the next 2 weeks. I’m wondering if any dosage consensus has been reachen with regard to the Vitex. Bill and Brock both say they used 400mg 1x/day, but other people’s recommendations have been all over the place. The label on the bottle of Vitex (I got the Solaray brand) says to use 4-5 pills a day! So, what’s the final word?
well let me just sat this, bill and brock know what the hell they are talking about so if they both say a certain dosage then i would do that dosage regardless of what the bottle says. plus, the recomended dosage on the bottle is for women with pms, not t-men using the suppplement to lower estrogen.
