I used the Usana Essentials pack, felt good on them and slept really well. A guy I know, who is considered the top NHB fighter on the UK circuit, and was has fought as part of Team Frank Shamrock, uses the essentials too and is very impressed with the results.
I have been taking GNC’s Mega Man vitamins for two years now and I think they work best. They are a little large but they offer a lot of vitamins and minerals that are hard to get from regular foods.
