this was humbling, haven’t done incline bench in probably 10+ years

I’m backing away from my current program even though it’s working well. I think I’d rather switch to two lifting days per week. Just seems tough to justify the time commitment these days … Lifting is never ending with little reward and once you quit, all that time is gone lol
