HR seems to recover by 20bpm during my 1 minute rest, not sure if that’s good.
Next time I should mix in running because these were too quad focused.

This week I’m moving into my new house and next weekend I’m heading to Europe for vacation. Will try to fit in as many workouts as I can.

On Sunday I got back from a 10 day trip to Europe. Didn’t get much done during that time other than one long run. Swam almost every day at least. Only 2 more weeks until my tournament.
