Last day of my first cycle with stronger by science (since surgery). Everything was easy. Didn’t work up to true RMs, staying safe. Still the heaviest I’ve lifted in a while.

(Fun) workout today
Didn’t end up going for time. Hung over from a wedding last night and didn’t know how heavy to go so it was hard to create a timed workout. Maybe next time. Rest was a few breathes between exercises and a couple minutes between sets.
Made something you could call a tire-keg. 150 lbs of stacked tires. It was unfortunately too wide to bear hug so I carried it like a keg (one hand high, one low). Farmers should have been heavier.

Rower and dynamic

6 sets of:

Farmers: 115 per hand x (25 yards + 25 yards)
Keg Tire Carries: 150 x 25 yards
DB Snatch: 60 x 8 per hand
