Ulnar nerve issues seem worse today, most likely related to the back squats.
I should consider picking up an SSB.

Played 3 lacrosse games today. Maybe my first games since 2019? Felt pretty good, no significant issues, shooting accuracy was a bit off.

My entire body is still sore from Saturday.
Last night I did a steam, sauna, and contrast cold showers, which may have helped.

I had a massage on Tuesday and was told my front side is well developed but my back is still imbalanced / underdeveloped so working on correcting that.

Trying for 5-6 days a week until my tournament and I’m on a good roll.
