Turkish Getups:
2 x 5 at 12kg

Ring Push-ups:
4 x 12

3-Way Shoulder Raises:
3 x 10 with 10s

1-Arm Axle Curls:
3 x 8 at 30

I need to place absolute focus on endurance and conditioning pretty soon but I’m so weak that I’m considering a quick strength phase. Maybe slowly transition away from the rehab type exercises.

I have ulnar nerve entrapment in my left arm. Another hurdle.
I’m suppose to keep my elbow straight for no. Maybe I can do a bike or something tomorrow.

Recovery is noticeably bad still, must be the Covid

I picked up a brace/splint for my elbow when I sleep. Hope that helps with the ulnar nerve issue.
