I am the opposite. I can take crazy tricep extensions (you’ve seen my log), but cleans of all things are jacking up my elbows. I am not even pulling with my arms or catching the bar with my wrists. I think it might just be me skimping on my warm ups/scheduling clean workouts back to back.

Jesus. Going from a whole pizza to GPP and EMOM work. I am not sure if that would help, or hurt. Depends how many times you threw up during that workout.

@Destrength I feel like I’m at a point where I just consider the pizza a deficit variable to my training and it just boosts my conditioning to lift with a dough baby inside of me.

Worth mentioning something in my right knee felt amiss during the intial breaking of inertia during the latter set.

Okay so the scale at this gym is calibrated to near perfection and I weighed 226 with food in my stomach. I’m guessing I’m like 224 in the morning more accurately? Wow, had no idea I was this light.

@Benanything I was 170 about 3 months ago. A pie pre-workout before my higher volume days fixed that pretty quickly.
