As of late I have been using Vince Gironda s 8*8 routine. I have had some pretty good results with it. (Look at my picture on the photo forum, and please do drop a line or rate it, makes it more fun for me) The thing is I would like to use some more training routines Vince came up with over the years but it is very difficult to find anything on the net. Do any of you have any routines created by him or just some guidelines he always used when devising a routine? Thanks.
