If not, let me introduce myself…
I used to be an avid weightlifter and an avid troll at bodybuilding.com. And that’s all I care to share about me.
I haven’t lifted in three years. This was me three years ago:
My long term goal is to clean and jerk 405 pounds. I will be using steroids, but only after I lose bodyfat. Right now, I’m at 30% and I probably can’t even split jerk 135 pounds.
Anyway, without further ado, this is what I did yesterday…

Dumbbell hang clean and push press = 27 total reps in a span of 1 hour.
I was holding 40-pound dumbbells each hand. This is officially my first workout after 3 years of nothing.
By the way, I’m currently 22 years old as of this post.
