Views on Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)

conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) For fat loss and muscle gain ? Worth buying or just a waste of money ?
PS I am already consuming omega 3 tabs

There appears to be some decent science behind it compared to most supplements on the market. I’ve used it for a while now as it’s quite affordable. However, there is no appreciable way to measure its effects. It really fits in the ā€˜if everything else in in check then add it’ category, and certainly after fish oil. 4g a day is a useful dosage and probably 3 to 6 months an adequate trial period.
