PS I am already consuming omega 3 tabs
There appears to be some decent science behind it compared to most supplements on the market. Iāve used it for a while now as itās quite affordable. However, there is no appreciable way to measure its effects. It really fits in the āif everything else in in check then add itā category, and certainly after fish oil. 4g a day is a useful dosage and probably 3 to 6 months an adequate trial period.
