Video Makes Me Wanna Break Stuff

just thought i’d share this motivatin’ video with you guys. if you can actually sit still through the whole 9 minutes without wanting to squat heavy and break shit, then make sure your cojones are still there.

ive seen it before but it is still awesome everytime i watch it…

F’ing A! Gracias!

I’ve seen it about a thousand times and it is still amazing to watch. Some of those guys are moving incredible weights for their size.

Great video.

In the other thread where this video was posted, someone also posted this one:

They’re both in my favorites (because I can’t figgure out how to download the youtube videos to my hard drive).

that guys vertical leap is sick!!!

Yeah, seen it before, but it awes me every time.

The most impressive lift, in my opinion, is the guy benching at the start: 675lbs, with no arch, feet off the ground, and what looks like no bench shirt. That is fucking amazing.

That dude has a bigger rib cage and bar stopping point that’s close, if not highger, than my full competition arch.

By my arch is cheating according to some guys here.

Not to take anything away from that guy, that was a clean lift.

That tall-looking dude about half way through squatting over 500lbs for reps like it’s a warm-up set is rediculous. Holy crap, I’m even a bigger puss than I thought.

Holy smoke!

No Pain!

That 700 pound squat was impressive to say the least.

This video makes me feel like shit.

The most impressive to me was the guy doing standup military pressing 325lbs for like 5 reps.

Ditto. I wish I could bench 325 for 5!
