I’m more impressed by this video than I am some fat ass benching 600lbs.
While it may not be in line with my personal goals it certainly is quite stunning to watch. I think that is pretty much right up the alley of most people i know who work out. I am not suggesting those are the feelings of most people who work out in general, just my friends. I wonder how a person trains for that sort of thing?

Unbelievable! It always boggles my mind how much the human species varies from one prototype to the next. You have people who can do this stuff, and people who are so fat they can’t even squat their bodyweight to get up from a couch.
