Vets, Your Take

Hey guys i am a long reader but this is my first post here, i am planning to compete in my first contest in march 2014.

Stats
Height 5 10 inches
Weight 192 lbs
Age 19 years
Bench 264 lbs
Squat 330 lbs
Dead 440 lbs

All one rep max performed separately.

History one Anabolic cycle, Test E 500 mg and Winstrol 100 mg both split twice, 10 weeks.

during my first cycle i gained a lot of fat and muscle, for the last 3 months and 12 days i have been cutting, from 212 lbs i came down to 192, lost 4.25 inches on the waist. strength levels remained same or went slightly down ( only slightly that recovered post a carb day ).
For first 80 days i kept the body under ketosis. Later started another cycle.

Testosterone enanthate 500 mg/week ( Frontloaded )
Anastrozole 0.25 mg/day
clenbuterol HCL 120 mcg/day
aspirin 900 mg/day
caffeine 600 mg/day
liothryonine 100 mcg/day ( worked my way up from 25 mcg, its been 100 mg for about 2 weeks now)

Diet
225 gm protein chicken breast ( 150 gm ) , whey isolates ( 75 gm )
100 - 150 gm carbs ( cycled around workouts, quantity depending on cardio or no cardio days)
30-40 gm fats ( olive oil , almonds, peanut butter )

Training

Chest(cardio)/bicep(cardio)/legs/shoulder/back/tricep(cardio)/ off (cardio)

i train between 6-8-10 rep range.

My point is, since the start of my cycle the weight is not going down infact it plateaued that is why i started this cycle to further deplete calories and in order to save muscle. Its 3 weeks complete into my cycle.

I also cycle carb, 3 days (150gm or below) , one day super high carbs and again back to low carb.

Vets i am bursting my ass each day. i starve myself on a daily basis. the low carb days are as lows as 1700-1800 calories a day.

Bodyfat percentage - Below 15 % (estimated), Goal - 5-6 % .

thank you very much.

I would put this in the RMP section. Just off first glance your legs need a lot of work.

How long have you been training? And what kind of foods are you eating? Your training and diet must be off if you look like this after doing a cycle…Im not trying to bash you, youve got a thick upper body, but you’re arms, and legs need a lot of work… You’re training is probably okay, but its got to be your diet that has you stuck…Try taking fatty acids like L-Carnitine or CLA to help your body better metabolize those fat cells as well. What is your diet like though?

Well i have an excuse for small legs, i was squatting near Personal best every week, i made it a point to squat above 330 each workout doing that was great but soon on a bad day i led a miniscus tear in my right patella, couldnt train legs for 3 months, have started training them again would post update soon.

Biceps i have really no clue about, they just dont grow as well.

I have been training for 3 years now,

Diet
05:00 1 scoop whey protein ( Aspirin-300 mg, Clen-60 mcg, caffeine-20mg)
05:30 50 gm brown rice
06:15 Workout
07:30 1 scoop whey protein ( Post Workout )
08:00 50 gm brown rice
10:00 250 gm chicken breast, 5 ml olive oil ( Aspirin-300 mg, Clen-60 mcg, caffeine-20mg)
04:00 250 gm chicken breast, 5 ml olive oil ( Aspirin-300 mg, Clen-60 mcg, caffeine-20mg)
07:00 1 scoop Whey protein ( Post Workout )
10:00 250 gm chicken breast, 5 ml olive oil

If you want to blame this on the lack of CLA supplementation then… OK…
…But seriously?

OP train your legs properly and, if you’re stuck for ideas, get your squat up - that would be a great start. Read/research more about training and diet, and consider focusing on gaining overall mass instead of leaning out to single digits. Why do you want to get to 5% anyway? Physique comp or something?
I would probably say to spend a few more weeks getting leaner and then plan to return to gaining weight.
Edit: The diet you’ve laid out looks ok, but there just isn’t enough food. I know you want to get leaner but I think you would benefit greatly from a focus on size and general strength at the moment.

@Dementeddragon, man i so want to return to gaining but currently i cant. yes, competition march 24 2014 , and what i have learnt from my previous cutting periods is that my body really holds onto fat, i need to invest that kind of time into cut. I hope when i return to gaining i can increase a few poundages to that squat.

Ok then, good luck with the competition. Obviously you could up the AAS, possibly add in something like mast and tren if you wanted to take it further, but it depends how serious the competition is and how you feel about it.

I wasnt blaming anything on his lack of CLA supplementation, I just made it a suggestion as something he could add in to his supplement regimen if he is trying to lean out. Learn to read before you make smart ass comments.

Honestly pal I think your calories are way too low. Starving yourself won’t accomplish much more than catabolism, steroids should make it so you don’t have to run such a low deficit, not to mention the toll that consistent workouts will take on your calorie expenditure anyway. Remember stress hormones are bad, your body doesnt want to lose fat when its starving. I would also suspect the stims have lost their efficacy by now if you have ran clen etc for too long, might wanna back off for a minute and eat some benedrels or some ketotifen.

Also if you are trying to contest prep (as I am now for the first time, also looking to compete in march) down shitloads of water so you can flush out stored up water. I drank 2 gallons today and as someone who never usually drinks a lot of water, I had to piss like 30 times. It was terrible, I couldn’t drive to work without stopping twice.

looks like you need more muscle and less fat

that’s my expert analysis
