Umm, Amazon and Ebay both have it…not sure why you need a doctor.
I get Solgar Methylcobalamin 1000mcg (active form of b12) sublingual tablets from Amazon. Just as effective as shots besides the fact you put one under your tongue for 30 secs daily.
