Well any experience with them are they water or oil based.
They’re generally used by the elderly because they can’t digest and absorb nutrients well as well as vegetarians who don’t consume common b12 rich foods.
For those purposes they work.
Otherwise I don’t see the benefit over a pill. A lot less of a hassle
