I just did my VG… i like it (sick), it is so much easier than reaching around to aspirate on a glute injection… getting the opposite hand over the opposite side of the body was always a chore for me with my shite flexibility.

ALSO, i find with the standard glute injection, i tend to think it goes in the piriformis more often than not, as it feels exactly like it does when one has a tight piriformis and does the ankle on knee stretch.
As that muscle has a tendancy to tighten and cause nerve problems, it is good to have the VG.
Thanks to whoever brought it to light!

I usually swap the needle and go again.
Why do you go so far as to swap the needle? I’m genuinely curious. And I ask because every once in a while I’ll hit a nerve and pull the needle out and I just move it over and stick it back in.

Cortes,
Its not really a rule of thumb for me. During previous cycles, when injections were far less frequent, many times I just pulled out and injected again. But due to this cycle requiring ED injections, it just eased my mind to just start a new with a fresh needle then go again.
