85.8 kg morning weight (-0.4 daily, -5.4 total) new lowest weight since maybe 5-7 years.
Not very active day because of impaired walking ability, got better after lunch time and going to have normal active life on Sunday.
Had some guests and was social that day, so diet mode was off for the evening.

Day 31
86.2 kg morning weight (+0.4 daily, -5.0 total), as expected weight might go up for a couple of days after social evening.
Felt a little sick in the evening, might skip my next training session.
16k steps, no special activities.

86.4 kg morning weight (+0.2 daily, -4.8 total)
No training, in the evening felt like shit - sickness getting worse.
On day 33 morning weight 86.2 kg, felt worse and decided to stop the diet. Taking into account my sickness thatās just too much for me. All the things take a lot of focus, energy, time, just not enough resources.
For now lost 5kg which is fine (and 9 kg since January). Thinking about making it one more diet cycle in autumn or winter in order to get of remaining (not all of it of course) belly fat.
I donāt fell like craving for food, maybe to continue in some maintenance mode after I get fully healthy.
