So I was reading some stuff on another thread, but I figure Id make one just for veggie diets, Im interested more in bulk meal plans, but any veggie diet can get posted here.
Heres one Imma try out tomorrow.
Breakfast:
6 Scrambled Eggs
1 Banana
1 Large glass of 2% Milk
20g protein powder after meal
Snack:
2 Pieces of whole wheat toast with Greek Yogurt
1 Large glass 2% milk
Lunch (Post Workout)
60g Protein Powder
1 Whole Wheat Bagel with peanut butter
1 Orange
Snack:
Shake (Milk, Greek Yogurt, Protein Powder, 1 Banana)
Dinner:
Big ass burrito (Pinto and Black beans, Rice, Guacamole, Salsa, and Cheese)
1 Large glass of 2% milk
Before bed:
20g of protein powder
So what do you guys think? Comments? Questions? Suggestions?
