Would someone be willing to critique my menu for bulking? I’ve been bulking for awhile, but I’m just trying to tweak my diet. I’m a vegetarian.
For breakfast, I eat oatmeal with peanut butter, rice milk, whey and a banana.
For lunch, I usually have a big burrito from Chipotle.
For an afternoon snack, I have a bunch of peanuts.
For dinner, I have baked beans, cheese, and veggies or another burrito.
Any suggestions? Please avoid the lame comments about how vegetarianism and body-building don’t coincide. I’ve heard them, and, for the record, you’re wrong. So, that aside, I’d appreciate some feedback. Oh, and on a side note, my calorie intake is high (I’m gaining weight), so that’s not an issue.
