Its been said by several authors on this site that carbs coming from veggies don’t need to be counted as carbs while on a high fat diet. I just made my sample Anabolic Diet meal plan and I would like to incorporate around 2-3 cups of different green veggies per day during the high fat/low carb days. Is this OK to do?

Why would you eat vegetables? That is crazy talk.
You don’t could fiber as carbs. So a cup of broccoli probably has 4g total carbs but 2g of it is fiber, so you really only ate 2g carbs.
Eat your veggies, and don’t limit it to 2-3 cups, thats nothing.
