I was reading an article by CT about carbohydrate consumption. He said that he doesn’t count fibrous carbs like broccoli toward his total daily carbs.
Does this apply to green beans and asparagus as well?

Yes
Anything green is pretty much a ‘free’ food. I’ve been eating such insane amounts of Letuce, Brocoli, Asparagus… even jars of pickles -lol.

Woohoo! Free food! gobble gobble
Just curious how do you take into account peppers, carrots, onions, tomatos for example?
Well, I know that most vegetables of non-green colors have some macros in them (the green ones do too, it’s just negligable in the big picture), and sometimes you’ll her some real analytical types talk about sugars in carrots or tomatos, but to be honest, I’ve never really missed too many veggies when I diet anyway. Besides, even if you’re on low carbs, you can always melt cheese on your brocoli and be very happy about it.
