These kind of threads always leave me with my jaw hanging – if the person came here to fish, why do people even bother to converse/reason with the OP? In these cases, standard reasoning and argument tactics won’t work – the person has come to pick fights and make a nasty mess.
If you address the points the person has brought up, he WILL insult you and avoid your argument. It’s a waste of time. There’s only one treatment for a thread like this – make a snarky remark and get out.

Admittedly he has a poor program and an even worse diet, but he has a good attitude and is trying, who give a shit about the beard? On his post with the back pose he even says “I don’t look any bigger, but I am stronger.”
