Varicocele and TRT

I’m in Maryland to

My sensitivity certainly came back. It was all E2 related and once my E2 came up my sexual health was back to normal. As far as the cialis and trt… I’m sure it’s a case by case basis really. I’m confident I can drop it right now and be fine but I’m enjoying all the benefits of it right now.

I think Im one of those guys who are sensitive to minor changes in the androgens.

I just added on a new doctor hoping he can really help me get done to the bottom of a good protocol for me

I know 4 moths is not a long enough time but I think I should at least see some type of improvement with in 4 months. I don’t expect for things to be perfect but at least some type of improvement. I really hope you find the rite protocol because I know it is a struggle that alot of people can not relate too.

Yea it was deffinlty a struggle for me to find a good doctor I have dam nearly been to every doc in maryland but I eventually found a good one in V.A

Thats good to hear your sensitivity came back. That One of the first things I hope comes back for me along with my libido. Even when I get an errection It just does not feel the same with out any sensitivity. And Im sure your rite it probably is case by case.

What is your current TRT protocol if you don’t mind me asking.

What’s the doctor btw? Johns Hopkins has a good one

Its a mens health clinic called obsidian. Its a concierge doctor they don’t take health insurance.

Are you talking about Doctor Adrian Sandra Dobs the endocrinologist ???

No amin herati at johns hopkins he’s a urologist we may end up getting flagged for putting name’s on here though

100 mg a week test cyp split 50mg Monday morning and 50 mg Thursday evening.

We can put names on here and websites. I’ve seen them on here for years

Hey I have a question. Now that you got the surgery done from your opinion do you think it was worth it why and why not??

Do you have to take a A.I with that protocol??
I was on the same protocol but along with HCG and I had to take a A.I

I think when you throw HCG in the mix it messes with your E2 even more so a A.I is needed. But I don’t really have much of a choice with me being only 29 and still wanting children.

I have never used hcg and I think your right based on everything I’ve read. HCG seems to increase estrogen levels. My endo made some comments that make me think she is wanted to add HCG next month. We will see I guess.

I think I’d rather know then not know as well as fix it if I can then depend on drugs at a young age but not everyone’s the same I have a long journey I may need another surgery I may need to run clomid and hcg again I’m just 1 surgery in and just trying clomid so no idea

Your doing the right thing. I wish I would have done the varicelectomy when I was 19. I wish I would have tried Clomid or Nolvadex before my vasectomy. Just the way everything fell I didn’t have many options left. I am fine with where I am. It’s been amazing so far and can definitely get better. @wade91, definitely try @KSmans restart protocol with Nolvadex. Seems like people have more success with it then they do with Clomid.

Well I’m gonna finish the doc prescribed clomid and if that doesn’t work I’ll try hcg and if he uses clomid to c9me off the hcg I’ll get nolva myself and just not say anything and check the blood work

Also waking up suicidal and super tried for the next 8 months is no fun…but I will push on.

Are you playin or does the Clomid really have that effect on you? If it’s bringing you down like that you need to talk to the doctor and cone up with a different game plan boss.

Ehhh I don’t think it’s the clomid as I’ve felt with this since the low t maybe somedays it amplifies it but ive had a few good days on clomid so far so im willing to keep trying

see the thing with me is like I said I have the bilateral so its on both sides. I am just scraed to do the surgery because I feel like the are just too many things that mite go wrong with me. For one If I get the surgery done I still mite end up on TRT or some form of hormone thearpy such as clomid or HCG. Another lets say it does bring up my TT I was all the way down to 310 a good place for somone my age is at least 800 and I dont know if its possible if I fix my veins that it will raise my TT that high that I need. Another thing that Im worried about is if I get them fix I heard that there is a possibility of them coming back and I dont know If I could deal with surgery twice.
