E2 very odd. Assuming no clomid involved.
25mg clomid will often generate high E2 in many guys and 12.5 then is more appropriate. In some cases, clomid cannot deliver higher TT levels or does with unacceptable E2 levels that anastrozole cannot manage as it does not work inside the testes.
Always need to remind that Clomid makes some guys feel horrible/depressed. Nolvadex does not do that and works mostly the same at similar dosing.
No Clomid has been taken at all. I have Clomid on hand but haven’t taken any. The only thing I was taking was basic ZMA and Vitamin D. I had recently ended the DAA cycle but that’s it. I know my weight went up dramatically after I finished the DAA. It was kind of unexpected. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m sick of the roller coaster ride and thinking about running my test enanthate with nova Clomid post cycle. Fuck it.

@wade91, things are good. I finally saw my endo back in December right after Christmas. We viewed my bloodwork which showed low test and low estrogen again. She prescribed test cyp @ 100mg a week. I’m 7 weeks in and it’s been life altering. I HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS STRONG BEFORE. Yesterday I asked my wife if she has noticed any change since I started because we haven’t really talked about it. She says I am way more aggressive. Way more horny 
. I have just been blown away by how great my joints feel and the drastic strength increases. I’ve been doing sub q in the belly the past 7 weeks but I’m gonna switch to shallow IM in the delt now to see if it makes any difference. I do more blood work at the end of March. How bout you boss? Any progress?

Got the surgery didn’t help t on clomid now feels shitty though I may need another surgery to get external veins they missed next is hcg after clomid followed by nolvadex if all that doesn’t work …trt…I’m just apprehensive of going on at 26 with no kids and low sperm already…just curious how old are you? Do you take any estrogen control? And why no hcg?

I’m 36 years old. No AI at this point. I had severe Epiditymitis after my vasectomy. Not worried about having kids at this point. I’ve got 4 already.

Ok. They say they are lh receptors not only in the testes but in many other places like the brain. Not many studies on this stuff.

It was in the gutter. I blame it all on the low to no estrogen at all. First, I lost sensitivity. I was able to become erect but could not climax. Not even by myself. It drove my wife crazy. Then, at my darkest point, it stopped working altogether. Total loss of erections. It happened multiple times. It would last for 2 weeks or so. I took all kinds of natural supplements trying to boost test/estrogen. I found some slight relief but nothing really seemed to do much. After my vasectomy in October my doc said I had to rub one out twice a day until I cleared out the pipes of all remaining sperm. It sounded like hell to me. I couldn’t manage once a day two days in a row and this guy wants me going twice a day 7 days a week. Once I finally got to the point I could give a sperm sample to verify I was sterile I was tugging on a limp noodle to get the sample. That bad. Right now on T and low dose daily cialis I can go 4 or 5 times a day if I wanted to which I don’t. To much. The first 3 weeks were so intense I would get wood if a girl at a cash register smiled at me. IT WAS CRAZY. It has chilled a bit now but still awesome.
How much cialis? Compound pharmacy can send 3mg. Is that enough? An doing 5.5 mg pill a day now. Which is enough.
Your Sounds like mine. Only difference is Dr started HCG which is causing e2 issues. 4 th HCG tomorrow with t injection. Will take .25 arimidex all together. Is that dunt work an dropping the HCG.
@wade91 and @alldayeveryday I have read this whole entire thread. And I am very glad that I found this thread because my symptoms and problems and very similar to yours. Im 29 now but I started having problems last year so I can defiantly relate to @wade91 being only 26 and gong through all of these issues.
I got diagnosed at the age 25 with bilateral varicoceles I have a grade 3 on my left side and a grade 2 on my right side. How I found out that I had them is one day my nuts started hurting so bad I had to go to the hospital that where the did the ultrasound and told me that I had them.
My urologist asked me If I wanted to have them removed and I told him no because I was not to happy about getting cue open down there around that area. After a while the pain went away and my life went back to normal. Well 3 tears later out of no where I started to have a errection problem. Now to describe my sex life I would have sex at least 4 times a week and like @alldayeveryday if a girl even smiled at me I would get a errction.
Then one day all of this stopped. I went to the urologist and he ran blood work and told me that my TT was 314. My LH and FSH were fine but couple of weeks later my levels started to drop .Then all of a sudden no more morning errection neither. My life started to change was getting tired all the time had no motivation to do anything. And Im a nursing student so I have to have motivation to make it through college.
When I did my research I found a lot of information about how varicocele’s can Lower testosterone. I went back to my urologist and brought him the information. He told me he did not believe that this could possibly lower my TT. So I wanted a second and a third opionin so I went to go see 2 more urologist and they said the same thing and the only reason why they would fix them is only if I was having fertility issues which I was not.
Then like @alldayeveryday said I started to lose sensitivity. To be honest this was the worse part because I could even wear a condom anymore because there was no way I could keep errction with the little bit of sensitivity I had. I was really lost on what todo. I seriously was stuck between should i really push for tis surgery or not. I found a doctor that said he wanted to try different options intstaed of me going under the knife. So he started me on clomid mono therapy that did go so well then he put me on HCg mono thrapy that did go so well then we decided to put me on TRT and then that had issues to . So now iFound a new doctor and we are starting all over I am back on clomid therapy and we are going to take things from there

Yes. The vasectomy was a mess but I supplied two sperm samples and they both came back clear. That and now I’m on trt with no hcg so that has shit down my natural production anyways.
