Comment: My OHP sucks. After this smolov cycle I need to press a couple days a week. Everything else felt fine. My right forearm is still achy. I talked to the sports med doc, he just said take some time off. So I figure Iāll do a week of light work after this cycle. I need to do some studying today and then Iām going to watch the fights. I watched Warrior and was pretty impressed, I would recommend it.
