New member from the shitty town of valdosta, GA. I’m graduating with a computer science degree in may, then I can finally get out of here. Guess I’ll have to make a new account then. Other hobbies include guitar and gardening.

Just working out for appearance. I prefer higher intensity workouts, typically 2 compounds followed by 3 isolations. Usually 2 sets per movement. A heavy set and a backoff set. Both to failure. Sometimes I’ll do one or both of the sets rest-pause style. I prefer to wait around 6 to 8 days to hit a muscle again. But I’ve got nothing better to do, so I usually jump the gun and hit it again 4 to 5 days later despite the inferior results.

I’ll give a brief history of my progress, then where I’m at today.

started off around 110lbs prelifting in 2018

bulked to 168, cut down to 145ish by the end of summer 2021. This was all very casual lifting, very casual dietting. wasn’t too serious

Decided to “get serious” and hop on august 2021. reached a shitty watery 195 by mid november

then I flipped the retard switch. proceeded to blast more and more for 2 years making 0 visible progress. My health was so fucked I made no gains despite having a decent diet (240g protein a day) and ok training (its improved since then). No update photo, pretty much looked similar to the one from before. was sitting at 200 bulky and watery at the start of 2023.

decided I looked like shit and I’m just doing this for looks, so I came off to get my health in order and started a cut. By march I was a shredded 164.


bulked again til october. got around 200 again

then got to a shredded 173 for a halloween party

then got kinda fat again over the holidays. started a cut again early this year starting at 195. Taking it much slower this time. waking around 183. Here’s a couple recent pics.


So that catches us up to current. Next post will be what I’m currently doing. Then there will be daily diet and training posts.
