I’ve decided to sign up to the whole <25 years old call-out thing by the veterans (have no idea where it came from) just to get a fire under my ass to atleast show that there are some young guys who are willing to put in the work.
I’m currently bothered with a bad shin splint and a slight knee injury, although the knee thing is pretty much gone, so I’ll wait until my leg has healed up to resume my training.
Some stats :
Age : 16
Height : 5’11
Weight : 221-223 (
Bodyfay : Unknown, creeping up on 20% so I’ll get measured soon.

I’ll be starting Westside for Skinny Bastards soon, with a diet consisting of atleast 3500 calories.
Pictures within the next few days.
Might as well update this thing right here. Started this bitch almost a year ago. Pretty much forgot I had one.
I’m currently on the Rapid Fat Loss diet, almost done with the first 2 week cycle.
Age: 17
Height: 5’11"
Weight: 94.5kg, down from 106kg 3 weeks ago. I’ve been as high as 112kg.
Lifts:
Bench 122.5kg
Squat: 135kg
Deadlift: 175kg
After my cut, I was contemplating going on a squat specialisation cycle because I just can’t seem to put on some decent weight on there squatting once a week. The bench was with a huge arch, tucked elbows and the bar touched very low, almost at the belly button. I know that’s powerlifting style, but I just don’t think that’s fair since I don’t really bench like that in my training.
Went on a stupid diet almost a year back, as read in my previous post. Fell for the whole bulking while keeping your abs bullshit, I was on 3500 calories for a while but was not gaining a pound. Then I bumped it up to 4500 and voila, I began growing steadily.
I’ll probably do two more cycles of RFL, my goal is 85kg by the end of my cut. Then it’s 4500-5000 calories a day, all the way to 110kg.
