V-Diet & Muscle Cramps

I’m on day 4 of the V-Diet and it’s been going well not real hungry and decent training. However, I’ve been getting muscle cramps in my rib area and sometimes arms, mainly later in the day and at night. Is there anything I should do or change? My calorie intake has been right on with the formula shugs provided.

Drink more water, you’re probably dehydrated.

It’s possible your potassium level is low, as well as sodium.
