Just a quick question.
I am starting the velocity diet on tuesday just ordered the supps etc and i got a few queries.
I posted on a local forum here (as i live in australia)
Alot of bodybuilders on there think its a very bad diet that it shouldnt be done.
I will post some of the stuff they said just so you guys could elaborate it on it so i can let them know as well as some may think its a bad diet but not the whole concept of results etc.
Here are a few things:
I’ve spoken to some guys, and bodybuilders are on cycle during contest prep.

I’ve never heard of bodybuilders using such a stupid diet, as Marshall said they would eat large quantities of lean meat sources, and cut that way.
This diet is hands down the worst Idea I’ve ever seen posted here…

You probably could get a much better result for yourself following a more traditional ketogenic diet, which is all this is; a nasty, easy method of inducing ketosis. Oh and without AAS, you will lose muscle while following a ketogenic diet, regardless of what articles say,
