Using Test E for Damage Recovery

So Basically im 36, 6 months ago i was 6"3 195
going to the gym 2k a week without test .

Well in the next 6 months had motorbike wreck and car wreck
back to to back.

Ive been bedrin since with broken bones taking percs for pain. I went from strong 190 to weak 156

Anyways I look cancer skinny and i cant get my appetite to gain weight.

I wanna start a cycle next week to get my apetite up, weight up, confidence back, make my bones heal faster.

Ive done a cycle before with decent result but only for 9 weeks.
My cycle next week.:
week 1- Test E 600mg 2x a week.
week 2-16 Test E 300mg 2x a week
week 18-20 Nolva 20mg ed

Gym 3x a week but light workout due to still recovery.

detoxing off these opioids had me feeling week and depressed, im hoping it will help there also. minor issue tho

Anything im missing here? Bad Idea?

Man on 200mg/week I gained more muscle than I ever thought possible. If you take anything at all it’s probably in your best interest to do (TRT dose) 200mg or maybe even less. You’ll likely gain everything back fairly quickly then once you get your routine down then maybe consider a cycle. I’m 5’9 185lbs around 15% body fat. At 6’3 you should be able to get back to 190 with no drugs super quick.

I’d agree with dexter and wouldn’t do a cycle until I could train and I would want to train for a while prior to it. TRT may be a good idea depending on your levels, which probably aren’t healthy now.

Would it better to do the same cycle plan but 150mg 2x a week rather than the 300

I just feel the higher dose will help in recovery process and bone density.
