I find myself unsure of what to do for pre-workout energy. I use to eat slow cook oatmeal for some energy, but then I read something about carbs before a workout can be bad. So I started using MD6 and it gets me going pretty good. But somebody said that is no good because it can deprive your body of oxygen. What should I do? There has to be something I can take to get me up and pumpin in the morning so I can lift, because evening workouts are not an option unfortunately. Any insight would be great. Thanks.
No, ephedra/caffeine isn’t ideal for long distance events/endurance work, but it’s fine for pre-workout if you’re weight training. Personally, I think the ideal pre-workout stack is Power Drive and 1 tab of MD6.
MD6 is fine in your case. It could have a negative effect on high level endurance activity, but it will likely help your lifting sessions.
