We’re 30+ years into the women’s game now and the stadiums are still all empty outside of the host nation and the U.S matches. The professional leagues sometimes play to crowds of a few hundreds, some times a few thousand. Some teams, some games they fill it a little larger but overall it’s going to lose money for the next 10 years before collapsing. This isn’t patriarchy my guy, women don’t watch sports often, and men don’t care to watch women’s sports outside of ones that can provide a significant difference while still preserving the essence of “women” like Women’s Tennis.
