Too late mate, just orderd tuesday
Would anyone know of an online calender or similar that we could all list when we intend on placing an order. We could see when others are about to order and it would make for a much easier process.
Gmail has a nifty little calendar function where you can view & compare each others’ calendars.
It sounds like the best bet is for someone(friends of yours?) in the states to purchase & repackage your supps and then ship them over to you. I guess one nice things for you guys is that the USD is so weak right now.
For the first few trades, you could use an escrow service until trust was built and then go from there.

I don’t know if this is true or not but I hear that if you order with UPS shipping option, you are less likely to get the customs charge.
I assume you mean USPS? That goes via the post office, and Parcel Farce are the ones that drop off the package - thing is that they send you a customs bill before they release the package (happened to me twice).
I placed an order on Friday, but the best way I can think of to avoid customs charges is, as mentioned before, to get someone in the US to buy the stuff and re-package it themselves.

Interesting thought, so would that mean they wouldn’t know whats inside and would not be treated any differently, what is the cheapest method doing it that way please?
cheers!
Usually when you send something over, label it as a “gift” and give a value of say £50 or £100, they won’t be as bothered and the customs charge would be minimal to none - if they even open it to check it.

No. I believe that anything over $50 is susceptible to a customs charge and the subsequent £8 release fee.
Just get whoever to put ‘Gift, value $20’ on it.
I have ordered $200 worth of vinpo, Q10 etc from the satates and because the company (who shall remain nameless) only declare $10, I never pay customs.

I see what you mean, still seems like a feasable idea. You know anyone in willing to help us out?
So, I got a little charge from fedex - strange only £44 for £155 order. Tell me:
You guys that didn’t pay the customs charges, what happens/ed when you next place an order? I’m sure they’ll keep record of whether or not you’ve paid…?
