Really like circuits. Fun. Some cardio. Strength.
Having done Built for Battle and some Bulgarian work, is it feasible to do upper/lower days? I’m getting some tendonitis working each bodypart 4-5 times a week.
Lower:
A. Block pull
B. Ab wheel
C. Zercher squat
D. Hyperextension or GHR
E. Sissy squat
Upper:
A. Row
B. Log CNPress
C. Pulldown
D. Axle Incline Bench
E. Floor Press
Some delt and arm work at the end of light days.
Maybe work up to a 3, 4, or 5 rep max on the first two days, then 80% at the end of the week?
