If you just increase sessions, doing the same workouts, sure. Doing twice the workouts with each having half the work isn’t any harder.
Highlighting this because so many noob threads ask questions about one training variable in a vacuum (“I heard high frequency was better”) without considering the broader context and other variables that should be considered.

What should I do when progress stalls on Texas method or any other FB beginner routine? Can I still run a full body routine but tweak it more to fit my goals?
