Upper Body Only Routine

I have a knee injury and will be coming back from a layoff soon

Could somebody help me out with an upper body only programme aimed at hypertrophy and strength within a high repetition range (8-10)

I can still do moderate pace C. V. work, but definitely no legwork for the moment

Many possibilities:

A)Chad Waterbury: “Build a huge chest in 6 weeks”, ABBH and ABBH2 (without leg days).
B) Ian King: “The bulk building routine” (without leg days)
C) Christian Thibadeau: “OVT” without the leg day.
Take 48 or 72 hours off (depending on your recovery capability) between these upper body workouts.
