Updated Biotest Supplement Stacks

I read the article about supplement stacks and was curious if anyone has any updated stacks they would like to share considering there have been new products released.

I am currently taking Metabolic Drive Complete, Alpha Male, Power Drive, and Surge. Do you think it would be safe to take ZMA, Alpha-GPC, Receptormax, Rez-V, and Beta-7 with this? Any input would be appreciated.

If you have the money, go for it.

I am however willing to test it out for you with your sponsorship.

Those would be safe, but you really should be using Flameout before you use half of those supps.

All of those supplements that you would like to add are safe to take with any other Biotest supplement. As far as suggestions with stacking or timing, that’s for someone else as I have not taken some of those.

Staples for me (I consistently use them) are Metabolic Drive, Surge Workout Fuel/Recovery, ReceptorMax, REZ-V, Creatine, BETA-7/BCAA’s, Flameout and FA-3, and now Alpha-GPC. These I consider mainly high performance nutrition and or nutritional aids to enhance and aid recovery and growth from weight training in order to build and maintain muscle and to aid optimum good health. I cycle at different times Alpha Male and or HOT-ROX or Se7en or other goal specific product when desired.

To answer your question, yes it would be safe to use the products together that you asked about.

You might hear a lot of guys now chime in and say ‘but, you don’t need all those supps just eat’ I do consider it eating, most of them, i.e. Metabolic Drive, Surge, Creatine, BCAA’s and such are akin to getting high quality much needed nutrients we should be getting from eating, but sometimes find it hard to.

Thanks for the replies guys. It really helped.

I got a few questions I am a D1 football player who is loving this website and I am very interested in some of these supplements and stacking them. However; I have that little think called the NCAA drug testing and what not and need to know if this stuff is illegal for me to consume due to the non stop drug testing that we go throughout our years. I’ve read the literature on most of them and they sound fantastic but there is that simple question of them being legal for me. Also does anyone know of a stack that I can use for my sports training?

I would safely say that none are illegal. I’ve had some issues with having to stop using HOT-ROX simply because the WNBF/INBF prohibits it (of course they receive a lot of their funding from a very high profile Canadian supplement company that we’ve all heard of, so go figure -lol)

There are a few items that might increase Test levels, so if your players get their T/E ratios checked, you might want to avoid those.

S

Caffeine is NCAA banned, so make sure not to take HOT-ROX or Spike although I am pretty sure they don’t test for this. The piss test from the NCAA checks for steroids. If your school tests you as well, then they could check for any number of things. When I played, a few guys got busted for weed this way.

Staples for me

Low Carb Metabolic Drive
Flameout

Anything else I take as and when like Z12, HOT-ROX, etc

Am about to try out Superfood and SWF hopefully

No, it’s not, at least not in normal, every day quantities.

Due to the Carbolin-19 content in Hot-Rox and Alpha Male, we don’t recommend that they be used together.

The remaining products work independently of one another and there are no negative interactions between them, so they are fine to use together.
