Thanks man. Time between the two pictures is 3.5 years.

218lbs in the skinny fat before picture (after a shoulder surgery) and roughly 215 in the after photo on the right taken within the last 2 weeks or so.

Did my normal 531 chest day on Sunday but had an overtime guy working with me today so we did chest again today… His program.

315x6,6 and 335x5 then on to incline with 225x8,8 and 275x5 followed by a ton of push-ups pull ups and dips. Strength is still going up up up

Couple of recent updated pics. This was after a bench session. Last set was 305x10 followed by 225x15 and then a “Body weight challenge” where you bench you BW for max reps, followed immediately by max pull ups and then max dips. Combine all your reps to get your total score. It’s just a way of tracking progress. I wish I would have done it fresh but I got 59 total reps
